You can shop at Mosfera Ahmad without setting up an account. However, if you make an account you’ll be able to track your orders and review past purchases. You will also be able to save your address and billing details so you can shop quicker next time.

3. WHAT PAYMENT MODE DOES MOSFERA AHMAD ACCEPT?

We offer the following payment methods:

Bank Transfers for local clients. Western Union, Net Banking and 2Checkout for international clients.

5. HOW CAN I BE SURE IF I’VE MADE MY PURCHASE CORRECTLY?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, call our customer service.

Delivery charges vary by country and depending on the weight of the package. Charges are confirmed at the time of the order.

2. WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT AS I SEE IN THE PICTURE?

Yes, except for minor coloraturas changes due to editing in pictures and incase of the products that are handcrafted there may be slight differences in the final product.

4. HOW CAN I RECOVER MY FORGOTTEN PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the “Forget Password” section. You will receive an email with your updated password.

6. HOW CAN I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Click on the “order status” section in your account and you will be able to track your order.

8. WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?

If a product you want is out of stock, it will either not be visible on the website or it will be as “out of stock”. An order may only be placed once the product is marked “Available” on the website.
